This is a template Hazard Communication Program to be used by agencies and universities in the creation of an agency- or university-specific Hazard Communication Program.

This plan provides information on what is required in order to ensure compliance with the OSHA standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200.

This program should be used by those agencies/universities to evaluate noise exposures within their organization and training and personal protective equipment to the employee(s) affected by that exposure if engineering controls or administrative controls cannot be implemented.
