Payment Instructions

Credit Card Payments: 



NCFS Agencies:

  • Use Supplier Number 119133 (OSC)
  • In the IC transfer Notes field, you must include the following for proper processing:
    • Attendee(s) full name
    • 2024 NC Career Expo
  • If this information is not included in the Notes field, the transfer will be rejected in NCFS

Non-NCFS Agencies paying through NCFS:

  • Use Agency Code 1400 for payment.
  • In the NCFS Notes field, you must include the following for proper processing:
    • Attendee(s) full name
    • 2024 NC Career Expo
  • If this information is not included in the Notes field, the transfer will be rejected in NCFS

Remember, payment must be received by August 23 or your registration will be canceled.
