COVID-19 Coronavirus FAQs for State Employees

Note to temporaries who enter their time directly into the Integrated HR-Payroll System (formerly called BEACON):

Effective Saturday, June 27, Temporary Solutions no longer requires the use of “62” position numbers on your timesheet.  The “62” position number field has been removed from your timesheet in Employee Self-Service (ESS).  Temporary Solutions previously required a “62” position number primarily to invoice your employing agency.  We have transitioned to a new invoicing system and the “62” number is no longer needed.
