Access to Temporary Solutions Organizational Units in IHRPS

Temporary Solutions has collaborated with the Office of State Controller (OSC) to provide agencies with access to Temporary Solutions organizational units in the Integrated HR-Payroll System (IHRPS). This is useful for agencies that want to provide more direct support to their temporaries employed through Temporary Solutions by accessing their time, pay, employment information and more.

To request access to a Temporary Solutions organizational unit, an Agency Data Owner must submit a Security Change Request in the IHRPS identifying the employee who needs access and the role(s) the employee should be assigned.  The Agency Data Owner will need to identify the Temporary Solutions organizational unit(s) to be assigned.
