Agency Points of Contact - Workday
The Agency Point of Contact (POC) serves as the first line of support for their agency’s staff inquiries related to Workday’s features, functionality, and procedures. They will also escalate any Workday-related issues to the appropriate technical support team or system administrators, following established escalation protocols.
