Performance Management Policy Administrator
The Performance Management Policy Administrator serves as their agency’s subject matter expert on state performance management policy, ensuring that processes, timelines, and documentation align with OSHR requirements. They oversee the implementation of the performance management program at the agency level, support managers and employees with policy interpretation, and ensure that appraisals and performance plans are completed accurately and on time.
