NCFlex Benefits Overview and Admin Manual

Once a year, we offer a detailed overview of each NCFlex benefit as well as a look into our Administration Manual. The training is available to all HR staff assisting employees with NCFlex benefits. We have two separate trainings, be sure to sign up for both. Email ncflex@nc.gov with questions.

NCFlex Train the Trainer
NCFlex Train the Trainer is held each fall leading up to Open Enrollment. The 2027 Open Enrollment period will be October 12-30, 2026. These trainings will focus on upcoming changes for the 2027 plan year as well as important reminders around the NCFlex benefits. Please use the links below to register for an in-person or virtual session. In-person sessions are for both University and Non-University Staff. Virtual sessions are separated for University and Non-University. Reach out to ncflex@nc.gov with questions.
