Requests to change elections to the NCFlex Plans due to an administrative error, missed QLE, or enrollment or system error, must be submitted by a Benefit Representative on the following Exception Request Form on behalf of an employee.
Once the exception is submitted online, our team will review the details and resolve the exception within 3-5 business days. You will be notified once changes are made in the enrollment system (if approved).

You will need to create a username and password to log in and order for the first time. When first registering, the password to register is NCFLEX. Once you log in, you can use the same username and password for future orders.
When an employee moves from one NCFlex participating employer to another and has less than a 31-day break in service, they are considered a transfer.
