Employee Grievance Policy
It is the policy of North Carolina state government that a grievance process exist to allow for prompt, fair, and orderly resolution of grievances arising out of employment. Each agency and university should adopt the Employee Grievance Policy as approved by the State Human Resources Commission. Employees must file grievances with the state agency or university that employs them.
