Ed2NC is a collaborative effort between the NC Office of State Human Resources (OSHR) and the NC Office of Strategic Partnerships (OSP). The mission of Ed2NC is to bring together leaders in state government and higher education to help create a pipeline of talent by connecting students and recent graduates with careers in state government. Temporary positions provide an excellent opportunity for job seekers to begin work with the State of North Carolina and develop valuable skills that would help them get connected with opportunities to transition their experience to permanent positions.
