Reinstatement

The Reinstatement Policy outlines eligibility, qualifications, reinstatement of benefits, determination of appointment type for employees returning after a break in service, returning from leave without pay, or return to a non-policy-making position. This policy also outlines employee salary rate administration when there is a reinstatement within or after one year and RIF priority.
