Your Fiori account provides a link for you to make changes to your address and/or name change or direct deposit enrollment. Please note the direct deposit/bank changes may not be in effect by the upcoming bi-weekly payroll deposit. The NC Office of the State Controller recommends that you do not close any accounts before confirming these updates.  If you don't have access to your Fiori account, please use the forms linked below.
