LinkedIn Learning

What is LinkedIn Learning?

LinkedIn Learning is an award-winning industry leader in online training, with a digital library of over 20,000 courses covering a wide range of technical, business, software, and creative topics. OSHR is proud to lead the modernization of state employee online learning with the implementation of this best-in-class solution. Through LinkedIn Learning, eligible state employees enjoy access to a broader variety of training topics than ever before, with much deeper information and skill-building. This evolution of our on-demand training content provides state employees with the professional development opportunities they need to advance their careers and strengthen our state workforce.

The courses offered by LinkedIn Learning are a library of options offered to help state employees develop and learn new job-related skills. They are crafted and managed by a third party and represent the views and opinions of the course provider, not those of North Carolina state government, the Office of State Human Resources, or their employees.
