Employment Mediation Training is open to any employee with agency approval and funding. Register today, as space is limited to 20 participants. In this two-week training, participant will:
- Become a certified mediator and volunteer in the Statewide Mediation Program.
- Ensure grievances are managed fairly and thoroughly.
- Facilitate conversations with the tools needed to reach a mutual resolution.
