Miles for Wellness Challenge 14 Celebration Trail: 100 Years of National Parks In the Miles for Wellness Challenge 14 Celebration Trail: 100 Years of National Parks, North Carolina state employees enjoyed walking a virtual trail in celebration of the National Parks Service 100th anniversary. Each point of interest along the trail commemorated some of the more well-known parks across the country. Cumulatively, state employees walked a total of 2,077,398,938 steps, or 1,038,699 miles. That's the same as 41.8 times around the Earth or a little over two trips to the moon and back! Challenge 14 Winners!
