VOEs and Form 22

Access to Temporary Solutions Organizational Units in the Integrated HR-Payroll System is available to help agency customers complete Verifications of Employment (VOEs), the NC Industrial Commission Form 22, and other documents related to the employment of their temporaries through Temporary Solutions.  

Temporary Solutions team members may also be able to help with these types of documents depending on what requirements apply to our involvement and/or our disclosure of information.  Please contact our Finance Section at tsfinance@nc.gov with your request and we will assist as much as possible.  Please note that if a document requires the signature, certification, etc. of the employing agency, we will leave that section for the employing agency to complete.
