Work Options Policy
The Work Options Program develops and expands the use of variations in work schedules for state employees. This program is intended to increase productivity in state services, benefit employee morale, and expand job opportunities. The program allows for agencies to consider flexible work schedules, job sharing and other work options while ensuring operating and business needs are met.
