Filing Claims 

Using your NCFlex FSA Convenience Card is the easiest way to pay for out-of-pocket eligible expenses.  When you are not able to use your card or an eligible item is not recognized on your card, you can file a manual claim via paper form, online or through P&A Group's mobile app.
