Letter to DPI Acting General Counsel Regarding Temporary Solutions and Virtual Public School

Lars Nance, General Counsel to the Office of State Human Resources, this afternoon sent the attached letter to Philip Thomas, Acting General Counsel to the Department of Public Instruction. The letter regards Temporary Solutions, the OSHR Division that has managed payroll administration for DPI's Virtual Public School, and the suggestion that DPI prepare personal service contracts for its teachers to allow the school to provide instruction as planned to its online students.
