General Payment Policy
The General Payment Policy addresses the state's compensation plan philosophy of compensating employees sufficiently while encouraging excellent performance and maintaining labor market competitiveness, in order to recruit and retain a competent workforce. This policy covers the assignment of salary ranges, employee pay status, total compensation & total employment, overtime pay, fund availability and provide guidance on payment of salaries.
