Salary Range Revision

The Salary Range Revision policy outlines the purpose of revising a salary range and provides guidelines in determining salary increases, delayed increases, effects of a revision within 24 months of a reduction, geographical differential and its effects; Special Minimum Rate and its effects when there is a change in a salary range resulting from changes in the labor market.
