How To Sign Up
There are two ways to attend a Wellness Webinar:
- Click "Register" and complete the form at the link to receive reminder emails about the webinar of your choice. These emails will include a link to join the event.
- Avoid receiving reminder emails by attending without registering. Just click "Join" at the time of the webinar of your choice below.
Can't attend a webinar live? No problem. We post Wellness Webinar recordings in our "On-Demand" section within a few days of the event.
Need accommodation during a webinar? If you are deaf or hard of hearing, resources are available to make Worksite Wellness program accessible. Please email ncflex@nc.gov to request accommodation services. To account for scheduling and booking constraints, all requests must be made at least 14 days before an event.

July 14, 2026: Physical Activity: Discovering Enjoyment with Movement
When we hear the words physical activity, many of us immediately think about intense workouts, strict gym routines, or exhausting exercise plans. Physical activity is much more than that! It can be things you actually enjoy like dancing, gardening, walking with friends, and stretching after a long day. Sign up for this free, online Statewide Wellness Program Lunch and Learn where Katie Godin, RD, LDN from LifeStyle Medical Center will be discussing ways to push through barriers when it comes to physical activity and uncovering the enjoyment of movement. After a brief presentation, Katie will then be demonstrating how to make her favorite high protein smoothie that will fuel you either before workouts or aid with recovery after!

August 18th, 2026: Plant-Based Protein: Why We Need It, How We Get It
Plant based protein is essential in supporting human health, environmental sustainability, as well as global food security. This presentation examines why reducing reliance on animal protein matters, the nutritional benefits of plant-based alternatives, and the wide variety of natural protein sources available—from legumes and grains to nuts, seeds, and other plant-based protein alternatives.
