After a brief presentation, Godin will demonstrate how to make homemade low-sugar protein bars and share some other quick post-workout snacks to keep you full and fueled.

Maintaining healthy habits during the holiday season can be tough when busy schedules can lead to more stress and less sleep. Did you know those two factors can impact the way we eat too?

Katie Godin, RD, LDN, from LifeStyle Medical Centers will discuss the link between sleep, stress and our dietary habits. She will share some helpful coping mechanisms to deal with stress and tips to improve poor sleep habits. After a brief presentation, Godin will demonstrate how to make Pumpkin Zucchini Bread, which can be a wonderful homemade holiday gift for someone or a nice addition to your holiday gatherings this year!
