Quarterly Compliance Reports

N.C.G.S. 126-6.3(a6) states: “Reporting. - Beginning January 1, 2024, and then quarterly thereafter, the OSHR shall report to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on General Government and to the Fiscal Research Division on agency compliance with this section and policies and rules adopted pursuant to it, including:

  1.  The number and type of all exceptions made by the Director of the OSHR.
  2. Any agency invoices with due dates greater than 60 days.
  3.  Compliance with G.S. 147-86.11(e)(3) through (e)(4).

  4.  The number of temporary employees who exceeded 11 months of consecutive employment, and the number of days each employee exceeded 11 months of employment, separated by State agency.”
