N.C. Certified Public Manager® Program Corequisites

The following corequisite courses must be completed before participants may graduate from the N.C. Certified Public Managers (CPM) Program:

  • Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity Fundamentals
  • High Performance Coaching for Managers (HPCM)

  • Advanced Skills for Managers (ASM)

Because the CPM program includes 300+ program hours over 14 months, it is strongly recommended that candidates interested in pursuing the N.C. CPM program complete these courses in advance if possible. More information is available in the NC Learning Center.
