Frequently Asked Questions
No, if you have completed Equal Employment Opportunity Institute (EEOI), EEODF versions 1 or 2, you have completed “equivalent” training. This should be recognized by the NC Learning Center. If a participant would like to take a refresher course, one is offered in the NC Learning Center.
When a participants status shows “Pending” it means that the employees’ supervisor has not logged into the NC Learning Center and approved for the employee to take the training. OSHR does not approve training for employees.
No, you do not need to take the whole curriculum again. Employees are allowed 3 attempts to pass the final assessment. If the employee does not pass at the end of the 3rd attempt, the agency/university NC Learning Center administrator would need to submit a EEODF support ticket to have the attempts reset. If a participant is having difficulty after more that 3-5 attempts, the participant may need to retake the course to assure comprehension of the material.
