N.C. Certified Public Manager® Prerequisites
In order to enroll in the North Carolina Certified Public Manager® Program, a candidate must first complete three prerequisite courses and be officially selected for the CPM Program by their organization. For more information about the selection process, please review the CPM enrollment process. The following prerequisite courses must be completed before enrolling in the CPM Program:
- Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity Fundamentals
- LAAL Management: High Performance Coaching
- Advanced Skills for Managers (ASM)
These prerequisites, available in the NC Learning Center, provide 100 additional instructional hours for a CPM Program total of 300 hours.
