If you have been selected for a temporary assignment, a Temporary Solutions Placement Counselor will send you the following onboarding materials electronically through DocuSign. You may also use the documents below as needed during the course of your job search or temporary employment. Completed forms may be sent to temporary.solutions@nc.gov.

Submit completed timesheets to ts.timesheets@nc.gov.

Temporaries who work an annual average of 30 or more hours per week may be eligible for health insurance coverage under the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). Generally, eligibility determination is made at the start of a temporary assignment, one year after the start of new temporary employment, and each fall.
