Account Information

Every month, our Finance Section provides each Agency HR Director and Chief Financial Officer a list of all unpaid invoices within their Agency. This report identifies the invoice number, open balance, and age of each open invoice. It is intended to give HR Directors and CFOs visibility of their Agency’s account status with Temporary Solutions, particularly when there is a large number of unpaid invoices or any past due invoices. The report is sent as a spreadsheet so that it may be easily sorted, filtered, and organized.  

Invoice aging reports are also available to any Agency customer by request.  Please contact our Finance Section at tsfinance@nc.gov to request one and/or to add additional recipients to the monthly email.

MyTS: In Development

Temporary Solutions and its OSHR IT partners are developing a custom online customer portal called My Temporary Solutions, or MyTS. MyTS will include a financial account dashboard for each Agency customer showing their total invoice amount, any amounts past due or under review, recent payments, amount due and the number of any past due invoices. This resource will give authorized Agency and division personnel current financial (and non-financial) information just by logging in. Financial dashboards are expected to go live in late 2024.
