NCFlex Benefits Employee Webinars

NCFlex presents monthly Benefits Webinars to help eligible employees make the most of their plans. Dive deeper into all that each plan offers and gain valuable insight into the benefits you're eligible for with each informative and interactive session. 

Need accommodation during a webinar? If you are deaf or hard of hearing, resources are available to make Worksite Wellness program accessible. Please email ncflex@nc.gov to request accommodation services. To account for scheduling and booking constraints, all requests must be made at least 14 days before an event.

August 2025: NCFlex EyeMed Vision

This month NCFlex will present on the EyeMed Vision Plan. Learn about plan options, how they work, vision wellness, common lens enhancements and materials and member tools and savings. Take the opportunity to ask questions about the plan. Prepare for 2026 Open Enrollment coming in October. 

The session will be recorded and can be viewed at a later time for those who cannot attend. You may also invite your spouse or family member who may help in making benefit decision.

September 2025: Preparing for Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment for 2026 is just around the corner and will be held October 13 - 31. In this webinar, we will discuss the upcoming changes with NCFlex benefits as well as reminders for the 2026 plan year to prepare for Open Enrollment. Topics will include the new Health Care and Dependent Day Care Flexible Spending Account contributions amounts, rate changes, a brief overview of all plans available and how to enroll.
