NCFlex Benefits Employee Webinars

NCFlex presents monthly Benefits Webinars to help eligible employees make the most of their plans. Dive deeper into all that each plan offers and gain valuable insight into the benefits you're eligible for with each informative and interactive session. 

Need accommodation during a webinar? If you are deaf or hard of hearing, resources are available to make Worksite Wellness program accessible. Please email ncflex@nc.gov to request accommodation services. To account for scheduling and booking constraints, all requests must be made at least 14 days before an event.

November 2025: NCFlex Cancer and Critical Illness Plans

This month we are discussing the NCFlex Cancer and Specified Disease Plan through Allstate (The Standard) and the Critical Illness Plan through Voya. These plans include a wellness benefit that can be filed each year you are on the plan, for completing a routine screening. We will discuss how he plans work, how they compare, the wellness screening benefit, how to file claims and continuation options. 

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and the session will be recorded for anyone who isn't able to attend.

December 2025: NCFlex Accident Plan

In December we will go over the NCFlex Accident Plan through Voya. This plan pays you directly for common injuries related to an accident, when you seek medical attention. Topics will include the Wellness Benefit, filing claims, examples of how this plan can pay out, the Sickness Hospital Confinement Benefit, Travel Assistance Benefit and continuation options if you leave employment. 

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and the session will be recorded for anyone who isn't able to attend.
