NCFlex Benefits Employee Webinars

NCFlex presents monthly Benefits Webinars to help eligible employees make the most of their plans. Dive deeper into all that each plan offers and gain valuable insight into the benefits you're eligible for with each informative and interactive session. 

Need accommodation during a webinar? If you are deaf or hard of hearing, resources are available to make Worksite Wellness program accessible. Please email ncflex@nc.gov to request accommodation services. To account for scheduling and booking constraints, all requests must be made at least 14 days before an event.

October 2025: Open Enrollment Online Benefits Meeting

NCFlex representatives will host online benefits meetings during Open Enrollment, giving you the chance to hear directly from the experts about the plans available to you. During these virtual sessions, you'll also be able to submit questions to be answered in real time. These meetings will discuss NCFlex benefits only. For information on the State Health Plan, view the SHP's list of upcoming events.

Session Dates and Times

November 2025: NCFlex Cancer and Critical Illness Plans

In November we will discuss the NCFlex Cancer and Specified Disease Plan through Allstate (The Standard) and the Critical Illness Plan through Voya. These plans include a wellness benefit that can be filed each year you are on the plan, for completing a routine screening. We will discuss how he plans work, how they compare, the wellness screening benefit, how to file claims and continuation options. 

Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and the session will be recorded for anyone who isn't able to attend.
